BuildTrak Warranty and Service is an extension to the builders business process. It provides the ability to issue and track service requests and to manage warranty issues. BuildTrak Service and Warranty eases the every day business process of issuing workorders to the appropriate vendors and tracking resolutions

As with most of BuildTrak's modules, the Service and Warranty Module can be operated as a fully integrated solution with BuildTrak or as a Stand-alone module.
