BuildTrak's Residential Software Series conveniently operates by module in a standalone capacity or as one fully integrated application. A Builder may choose to incorporate BuildTrak across all departments, from Sales to Construction and to Warranty and Vendors or to simply deliver increased efficiency to a given department.
BuildTrak is designed to fit the needs of a Builder whether the home starts are 50 per year or 1000. Some BuildTrak Customers are 100% Production Builders while others allow for Customizations to a Plan. Either way, both Production and Semi Custom Builders will benefit.
Common Database Fact: Working from a common database reduces inventory mishaps and communication errors by eliminating downloads and exports to 3rd party solutions. . The single BuildTrak common database works "real time" between all BuildTrak modules. When Sales makes Selections with Buyers, this detail is automatically communicated to Construction. When a Warranty issue is submitted, all information about the lot and the trades/vendors/materials is readily retrieved.
