BuildTrak's Residential Construction Software Series is designed to meet the Production Requirements of Builders from Sales through Construction and Warranty.

The Accounting feature allows BuildTrak to talk directly to several popular accounting applications including Timberline and Quickbooks. BuildTrak handles all the heavy duty detail as it relates to materials, job costs, budgets, and purchase orders; the reality being that the builder needs only an application to handle their Payables and G/L (and payroll).

 

BuildTrak's Back Office module off loads the accounting system by handling virtually all the Builders's data processes as it relates to selling, building, budgeting, costing and purchasing.

 

 

Quickbooks is used by several BuildTrak Customers in the 50-200 range home starts.

Sage's Timberline is also a popular accounting system used by medium and some large volume builders using BuildTrak for their Back Office controls.

Other Accounting Systems: True Systems can write directly to virtually any open ODBC compliant database.
